Even the wheels, as the 2009 A4 S-line came with the 19" triple 5 spoke wheels that S4 owners proclaim as 'S4 wheels' (even though they were on the RS6 4 years ago!) The ride height of an S4 is apparently 1.2 inches lower than a base A4, and 0.4 inches lower than a S-line or SPORT A4. That's tough to spot from a difference though! E2pT7.
